About Dan
Life transitions aren't just what I help people through — they're what shaped me into the coach I am today.
I spent over a decade in a career that looked successful from the outside but felt hollow on the inside. When I finally made the decision to leave — to step into the unknown — I discovered something unexpected: the uncertainty itself was the teacher.
That experience of navigating a major life transition without a map, without certainty, and without someone who truly understood what I was going through, became the foundation of my work. I trained as a life coach because I wanted to be the guide I wished I'd had.
Today, I work with people who are standing at their own crossroads — career changes, relationship shifts, identity questions, grief, reinvention. Whatever the transition, the work is the same: finding clarity, building courage, and taking the next step.
My approach
I don't arrive with a framework to push you through. Every session starts with where you are right now — not where I think you should be.
Most people have never been truly heard. I listen for what's said, what's unsaid, and what's underneath both. That's where the real work begins.
I'll reflect back what I see with care and directness. Not to challenge you, but to help you see yourself more clearly than you can alone.
Transitions can't be rushed. We move at the speed that serves you — sometimes that's slow and careful, sometimes it's bold and fast. You lead.
